4 luxury residential units, that formed part of a large master-plan for the development of tuckers town. I ran the project from conception through to completion, working and liase with the developer and later the client who purchased the units .

Hotel Development, Tom Moore’s Tavern, Bermuda
6 New Hotel units to the rear of a listed building. I was involved in processing the design through planning approval. The main challenge of the project being to design a foul sewerage system on land prone to coastal flooding during hurricanes and sandwiched between two nature reserves.

Alteration to an existing house for an experienced private client
Working with a very experienced, hands-on, private client to renovate a property. My main role was communicating the client’s intentions to the builders and assisting the client with necessary statutory design details. Contract value £3m/ $1.5m,
