A newly created and expanding practice based in central Bermuda that specialises in high-quality residential projects. I was employed to work a broad variety of projects, including large multi million dollar housing projects, hotel, retail, industrial and office developments.

Luxury house, swimming pool and annexe buildings. Worked with a domestic client to alter and extend an existing house; design from concept through to completion a high specification house. Harbour Court North, Tuckers Point Club, Bermuda
4 luxury residential units, that formed part of a large master-plan for the development of tuckers town. I ran the project from conception through to completion, working and liase with the developer and later the client who purchased the units .

Hotel Development, Tom Moore’s Tavern, Bermuda
6 New Hotel units to the rear of a listed building. I was involved in processing the design through planning approval. The main challenge of the project being to design a foul sewerage system on land prone to coastal flooding during hurricanes and sandwiched between two nature reserves.
